What I hold
Your contact details, and the paperwork and messages you ask me to help with. I only look at what each task needs.
Why I use it
To reply to you, do the work we have agreed, invoice you and keep the records the law requires. I never sell your information.
Who sees it
Only people you ask me to work with, such as your bank, a solicitor or family.
Keeping it safe
Papers are kept securely and returned promptly. Digital copies sit on password-protected accounts.
How long I keep it
When we finish, your papers are returned and digital copies deleted or handed over. Invoices are kept as the law requires.
